I have updated to JFW V10 and have had no such problems since then. I suggest your first move would be an upgrade to JFW. I'm using JAWS 9.0 and Windows XP. When you press insert and T, JAWS should read the title of the document and the package it is in, e.g. Microsoft Word document My Personal Data, if that was what the file was saved as. Now JAWS used to do this properly but today I was in Excel and I had a number of Excel files open all saved with different names. I would have had a number of excel files open before and not had this problem. When I pressed insert and T I just got Microsoft Excel Sheet one. Now this was a problem because I was to copy and paste info from one to the other, them both already containing similar info so it wasn't easy to tell which was which. Anyone any ideas? Roslyn
