Apologies if this has already been answered, but I'm not subscribed to the
list at home. so am just seeing the weekend's emails now.
The screen curtain can be turned on and off with a 3 finger tripple
tap.

i was wondering in relation to the i-phone battery life questions how do
you turn on and off the screne curtain? Oh and tis this possible on the
i-phone 3gs?
