OSU Selects Serotek's RIM and RAM Software
MINNEAPOLIS - June 18, 2008 - Serotek Corporation, the leading provider of

Serotek's Remote Incident Management (RIM) and Remote Access Management
(RAM) software to provide technical support to its user community. The only

administration, remote troubleshooting and repair, remote desktop access and
operation, and remote training, RAM allows personnel, both sighted and
visually impaired, to work from any authorized location.
