[vicsireland] Allowing graphics into emails

Hi Gang
If one got an email that had graphics in it that were blocked by Outlook
& they sent that email to another outlook user who was able to read the
email graphics & al, l how would the first person go about downloading
the graphics onto their email??
Any advice welcome
