I have also pasted it into the message below. The draft minutes from the 2007 AGM are at: http://www.vicsireland.org/information/agm_2007.php Please note that the meeting will take place in the NCBI building in Whitworth Road and not in the Irish Computer Society Headquarters as in recent years. There will be opportunities for election to the Committee for anyone who is interested, and people can be nominated at the meeting. However, if you want to be considered for election but cannot be present on the day, Please note the following from the VICS Constitution: "3. Nominations may be made for persons not present at the meeting, on receipt of written approval from the nominee.". If this applies to you, please have something in writing to me by 5 PM on Friday stating that you are interested in going forward and what position you are interested in. If not, you can only be nominated if you are present at the AGM either in person or by the Skype connection detailed by Ciaran Ferry earlier today. I have only received one apology so far for the meeting. Please have your apology with me by 5 PM on Friday if you want it recorded in the minutes. I hope to meet many of you there.
