Hi
Your messages may be in another folder than inbox. Did your intended
recipients check their junk mail folders?
Comcast email is somewhat funky - it uses the IMAP protocol and doesn’t always
sync between my MacBook and my iPhone.
Good luck getting any answers from Comcast. My suggestion is to always request
an escalation of your case so that you increase the chances of getting someone
who knows what they are talking about, rather than reading off a screen.

If someone on verizon.net with a verizon.net address sends you an email, can
you reply to it successfully just by using REPLY? If you can, can you then
copy and paste their email address into a new message and successfully send
it to them? (Maybe you are already trying this, so apologies if you are.)

Hello,
After getting the run-around from Comcast with this problem for the past few
days, I’m wondering if anyone on the list has any ideas.
I am sending out emails from a macBook Air on a Comcast account. For some
reason, emails to recipients with verizon.net <http://verizon.net/> emails
are not being delivered. I am getting no indication of any errors because
the sent messages are moved to the send folder as if they have been properly
sent. I was told by Comcast to send the messages using their web-based
email and that’s another problem. My wife, who is sighted, did that and the
email was delivered.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,
