You use the provided remote control, and it works, talking as you move around
the screen or into an app. Of course you have to turn the screen reader on.
There is a link that will give instructions on use of the fire TV stick. I
don't have it right now. But if you Google, I bet you can find it.

Yes, the fire stick is accessible with the same screen reader that is on the
Kindle. And there is more accessibility coming this year according to Amazon.
It's definitely worth it especially if you have prime and use the movies for
free a lot. Netflix works. The prime video works of course. Given how cheap
it is, it's a good thing.
