Good plan! It's just finding the funds to keep spares of everything... =
I'm
getting there, but then I have to dip into my spares. /smile/ Next =
time,
maybe?

Tamara I was exhausted just reading! It reminded me of my wheelchair =
sports=20
days back in the late 80's.
When I made the move from California it was much like that. One thing =
that=20
might help with not forgetting some of those canine essentials (other =
than=20
her harness of course) is to have a special bag that you have duplicates =
of=20
essentials when you can handle the expense. Have some poop bags, a flexi =

lead, extra regular leash and collar. You never know when those simple=20
things like collars will get broken- Met's was when he was attacked for=20
example. Extras of toys they really love and would not want to be =
without,=20
small amount of food, but rotate it frequently (if you are feeding =
kibble=20
and/ or canned foods) Dishes and water supply (rotate the water supply =
or=20
only store an empty thermos for that. First aid type things such as =
vetwrap=20
(you never know when you or your dog will need these things) I put my=20
grooming supplies inside with it all the time so there is no need for a=20
second brush, comb, dematter, easy brush toothbrush, triple head =
toothbrush=20
etc
I got a perfect bag from this at sitstay.com for Thane even though i =
don't=20
really travel. Just a trip to Portland could mean something delayed,=20
something needing replaced- a wet harness as you run through a hard=20
sprinkler etc.
And if your using clickers- definitely extra clickers and treats (rotate =
the

treats) small towel for cleaning up muddy feet if you run into bad spots =
and

have that happen- believe me in Oregon it happens a lot right Tami LOL =
The=20
towels are great for that sudden rain storm too.
You all get the drift.
If this bag always exists packed like this though, the dog is mostly =
ready=20
and all you have to deal with is you.
