(VICT) Clyde anniversary

well yesterday was our 1 year anniversary.  the day started out good.  I gave 
Clyde a new bone and some special treats.  we went out to eat with friends and 
then I ended up in the ER.  I did my breathing treatment and was still having 
trouble breathing and had a pain in my chest.  they did a lot of tests on me 
and wanted me to stay in the hospital so I could have a stress test on my 
heart.  for some of the tests Clyde could not come in so my friend brought him 
back to the restaurant.  I didn't want to stay 2 nights in the hospital so the 
Dr had me sign a paper saying that I understand the risks of going home.  I 
feel a little better today but when Clyde saw me back at the restaurant he 
jumped almost in my lap.  he usually sleeps on my legs and belly till I fall 
asleep but last night he wouldn't move.  makes me not want to leave him 
anywhere but daycare.  I kind of felt bad for him.  but I couldn't have him  
like in the CT scan room.  for his health.  or when  the did the x-rays of my 
chest.  
has anyone ever experienced anything like this with their dog??
