There are OTG USB sticks such as these from Sandisk:
http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_410607_SanDisk_64GB_Ultra_Dual_OTG_USB_Drive_30
Essentially one end of the flash drive has a regular USB connection,
so you can plug it into your computer, the other end has a micro USB
connection which will plug straight into your Galaxy S5.
You can also get a Micro USB to (female) USB converter:
http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_413163_USB_30_A_Female_to_Micro_USB_30_Male_OTG_Adapter_for_Samsung_Galaxy_Note_3_S5_Blue_Colour
so you can plug one end into your Galaxy S5 and plug a regular USB
memory stick or other device (eg a keyboard) into the other end.
The other option is to "share" the file to e-mail or dropbox or
messenger or any other service that lets you "send" the file somewhere
that you can access from another device.
Regards
Quentin.
