Hi. Look in quick settings which you get through your notification
screen. You can turn it off in there.

book on Android usage with Talkback produced by National Braille Press, and
although some things on my phone do seem to be different, it has been really
helpful so far. One thing that i can't seem to do though is turn off the
auto-rotate feature. My sighted girlfriend and i have looked in both display
and accessibility settings and in the online manual, and just can't find a
bloody thing. She has a Samsung Galaxy S6 (I think that's what it is) and
the option was there and easily locatable. What's going on? Have they gone
crazy? I hate that my phone does this, and I understadnd that many sighted
people do as well and would choose to have autorotate turned off, so it's
not even really an accessibility thing. Any ideas?
Also, I have to admit that I'm finding text and number entry to be rather
difficult. I know it's a learning thing and I've been told it could take
many weeks before I really get the hang of it. that's fine; I can deal with
it. But, any pointers would be appreciated, most definitely. The double tap
thing in Talkback definitely helps, but I still have to struggle for minutes
to type in a simple text message. I'm basically at the point of nearly
resigning myself to using voice commands for a lot of things.
