"here we go" is a work-in-progress dealing with the potential of the radio
- putatively creating reality - and the recording systems resulting from
this. Failing system-specific circuits are used to undermine these systems
and, consequently, to empty them. This deflation of content allows the use
of non-sited materialwhich, again, is fed back to the medium, in other
words: transmitted. This is the core act of the performance: The feed-back
of samples from radio receivers (by Karl Leitgeb) and assembled texts (by
Alexandra Millner and John Moraitis) deals with vampirism on a further
meta level and is controlled by the conductor's (Anastasios Strikos)
interventions. The vigour of this artistic process creates a fluid space,
a passing position, a filter, a valve through which informed material is
planted and where redundancies, noise, superpositions, condensations etc.
evolve.
