Hello Annie,
It appears from your email signature that you are from Norway. If you haven’t
already done so, you should get in contact with the local distributor who sold
VarioUltra to you. They may be equipped to assist with the repair.
If the problem is the connection between the braille display and the main board
inside VarioUltra, the fix could be as quick and easy as replacing the
connecting cable inside. For someone who knows what they’re doing, it’s a
5-minute job. I hope the unit can be repaired quickly for you.
Regards.

Hi again.
The switches are in the correct positions. I am afraid we may conclude,
that the connection to the cells are broken. It is really bad timing.
Best regards Annie.

notetaker mode with the slider switch to the back position. If it's in braille
display mode and there is nothing currently connected, the display will be
blank. If neither of those fix the issue, contact tech support at
support@xxxxxxxxxxx or 855-620-7985, ext. 402.
