Hey, Betsy, what a neat idea! Perhaps they could also really enforce some kind of trash laws. They do that in bear country. A big part of the problem is that so few people really care about the vultures. And I guess if one ate my car I wouldn't like it very much, either, but I don't think I would want a slaughter.
