[va-richmond-general] undere the heading of strange occurrences

Got a strange report from a friend in western North Carolina who goes
through a lot of seed feeding her winter birds.  In general, I consider her
sober and reliable.  She says she saw a vulture make off with a goldfinch
from one of her thistle feeders.  Bet you didn't consider that possibility
when planning your feeding station!
