[va-richmond-general] red crossbills

To whom should I send reports of unusual birds for Virginia? On April 30 two red crossbills showed up at my sunflower seed feeders. At least one was still present today. I have a good photograph of the birds. Can it be posted here or should I send it directly to somebody?
