[va-richmond-general] re Help on JR Park Article

Just one more piece of information on the article. Rex Springston said the 
material on the article is due to be turned in by him to the newspaper on May 
2, so any responses need to be somewhat before that so he has a chance of 
compile it. So don't delay. Here's a chance to make a contribution.
