Heard and saw a beautiful male black-throated green warbler this morning
at Dutch Gap. First heard him between 8:30 and 9:00, and he was still
in the same area when I left it at about 10:30.
Location: Just after entering park there is a gate on the left before
the hardsuface makes its first turn to the right. Walk past the gate for
a short distance on the dirt/grass road to an open area where cut logs
are lying about. Continue 50-100 feet beyond the clearing. The
warbler was in the trees over and adjacent to the road at that point.
