[va-richmond-general] Re: bird bands

Hi Ann,
If it is a metal band with a serial number on it, and it was found in a 25-mile radius about Richmond, it is likely associated with one of the projects I work on. In that case I would have detailed information on it. In any case it should be reported to the federal banding lab (see Arun's links below). I would be happy to assist you with that if you email me.
