Late this afternoon I happened to catch a 5 minute wave as it passed by my
home in Powhatan. Led by chickadees and titmice, it contained several
warblers: a yellowthroat, a black and white, a redstart, a male black
throated blue, and a chestnut sided. Two yellow-throated vireos were
singing back and forth as well. Better keep those binoculars handy!
