This afternoon on our property, which is just south of Ashland and adjoins the
Ashland Trolley Line, Linda saw at least 2 woodcocks. She heard their peenting
and shortly thereafter they began their mating displays. This is the first time
in at least 2 years we have seen the displays on our property.
