[va-richmond-general] Whistling Duck

I went by and saw the black bellied whistling duck this morning. He was so close to the parking area that I didn't get out of my car. Today he was hanging out with the Mallards as you can see. My pictures aren't as crisp and detailed as those of the professionals because I have a not so powerful zoom. He is so beautiful, it was worth the drive. Diane Bumpass
