Last week I asked Mary Pulley about the lack of Yellow-rumps. She said
that it is hurricane related. Isabel stripped many of the cedar and Wax
Myrtle berries, so most of the birds bypassed us this year. Never thought
I would miss them.....but I do. Has anyone heard reports of large numbers
of Yellow-rumps further south?
