[va-richmond-general] This just in!

  Was talking with Jan Johnson on the phone whilst she was tracking down Least 
Bitterns at Dutch Gap.  She found one!  When driving in, stop at the first 
observation platform on the road entrance leading into the park and look 
directly out onto the marsh in the clumps of grass.
  Three cheers for Jan!!  :)
