[va-richmond-general] Re: The Great God Bird npr article

  It's my pleasure.  I've tried to bring news like this, or movies like March 
of the Penguins, or the announcement from the Butterfly Society because it's 
all bird-related in some way and deserves airplay.

  I had several people in mind, you and Michael in particular, when I posted 
the NPR ivory-bill article.  I am hoping Michael can use it in his teaching 
curriculum for his students in some way.  I also downloaded the song about the 
bird, and it's a good teaching tools, the lyrics say so much.

Ivory Billed 'community'. the article is the most beautiful work of journalism 
I have ever heard and should not be missed by any naturalist. I am grateful
