[va-richmond-general] Swans in Chester

I was driving my daughter to school yesterday on Chester Road from 288 to Rt
. 10, and in the swamp on the right there were 4 or 5 swans. My daughter
said she has seen them from the bus before. Does anyone know if they are
usually there? I'd love to go back and see them not from a car (smile)!
