[va-richmond-general] Riverside Drive/JRPS this am

On the way home from my son's school I noticed that there were 4 pied-billed
grebes and 3 ring-necked ducks mixed in with the dozens of buffleheads that
are now staying put.  Their numbers were changing significantly for awhile
each day, though some of them could just be hanging out behind all the
islands that lie between Huguenot Flatwater and Pony Pasture Rapids.  They
are delightful to watch, especially down in the rough water below the Z Dam.
This morning there was steam coming off the rapids and frost all over the
rocks and tree trunks in the river.  Hope a photographer caught that...
