[va-richmond-general] Riverside Dr., Am. wigeon, wood ducks, pied billed grebes

This afternoon I saw 3 grebes on the grassy mat and a single wigeon swimming
nearby, with a red-tailed hawk perched above. On the return trip I saw a
pair of wood ducks tight against the bank at the end of Rock Falls Dr. and
all 6 grebes were gathered in the grassy stuff with no sign of the wigeon.
Maybe eventually all the ducks show up around there if one is persistent?
