[va-richmond-general] Re: Osprey in Richmond

Yeah, I saw the pair sitting in the nest as I came over the Manchester
Bridge, to bird with Julie and Margaret at Belle Isle on Saturday.  I was at
Belle Isle on 2/4/03 I saw an Osprey, trying to navigate the gusty wind.  It
had a large silver looking fish in its talons, and was flying in a northwest
direction.  I thought that was somewhat early, but it looks like they are
here and have that nest ready.  Last year they raised 3 young...wonder how
many they'll have this year?
