[va-richmond-general] Keep selling Raffle tickets

Folks, it has come to my attention some of you think you have to stop selling 
raffle tickets by this month's meeting. Not so. I just want to get back some 
tickets that would otherwise not be sold, to give to members who need more 
tickets to sell. If you have tickets you are planning to sell, by all means 
sell them. This is a fund-raiser, so we will sell them up until the drawing.
