[va-richmond-general] Hummingbird aggression

This afternoon we had a major territorial contest between two male  
Ruby-throated Hummingbirds at our feeder.  It went way beyond the usual  chases 
and 
U-flight displays.  They became interlocked and fell to the deck  within three 
feet of where I was sitting, and spun around together several times  before 
they 
finally freed themselves.  It didn't appear to deter them from  further 
battles.
