[va-richmond-general] Horned Grebe, Rusty Blackbirds

This morning at Robious Landing Park I observed a Horned Grebe on the James R. 
right off of the canoe landing.  In the parking lot was a flock of 60 -70 Rusty 
Blackbirds feeding on the ground, and joined by some Red-headed Woodpeckers.  A 
single Hooded Merganser was also on the river.
