[va-richmond-general] Hog Island WMA

A pleasant visit to Hog Island WMA in Surry County this morning -- one of the 
few places accessible since the hurricane.  Sightings were
Double-crested Cormorant
Great Blue Heron
Great Egret
bad news - a Mute Swan
Canada Goose - lots 
American Black Duck
Turkey Vulture
Killdeer
Greater Yellowlegs
Caspian Tern
Several far off gull species not identified
Belted Kingfisher
Red-bellied Woodpecker
lots of migrating Flickers
immature Eastern Wood Pewee
Tree Swallow
lots of migrating Blue Jays
American Crow
Brown-headed Nuthatch
Carolina Wren
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Eastern Bluebird
American Robin
Northern Mockingbird
Gray Catbird
American Pipit
European Starling
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Northern Cardinal
Song Sparrow
Red-winged Blackbird
