[va-richmond-general] Henricus-Veterans Day

I took advantage of the Veterans Day Holiday to visit Henricus.  First time 
I'd visited since Isabel.
I did not find the large number of ducks that were reported at the weekend, 
nor eagles.  I did meet 3 birders who had seen 3 eagles before I got there.
