Planned on a quick pass through Henricus this after but the birds were far too numerous and cooperative to zip through. The Common Moorhen continues to hang out near Platform 1 and can be seen easily. The bird flew, called and foraged very close to me for over an hour... The Least Bittern is calling in the vegetation and makes short hops not far from the same platform. Many Eastern Kingbirds and Common Yellowthroats all around. The smell of honeysuckle is intoxicating and the turtles are stacked up like a game of Jenga.
