Just read Ben and Betsy's report of their visit yesterday, glad to see that the Least Bittern showed for the group. I tried this morning with no luck. I walked a short distance along the boardwalk trail where I saw a banded Prothonotary Warbler near the bench on the south side of the trail. Also there was a Great Crested Flycatcher chasing a Red-bellied Woodpecker. Species List Great Blue Heron (both adults on the lone nest with their two well grown offspring.
