Nine birders enjoyed blue skies and warm Indian summer weather at Henricus on Saturday. We met at the boat ramp and worked our way over fallen trees and through the woods to the entrance road. When the big yellow school busses began roaring by delivering people to Publik Days, we called it a day. We had a total of 32 birds. No ducks yet, but there were some "winter birds" foraging in the trees.
