[va-richmond-general] Harrison Lake Paddle: Sunday 19 March 2006

Come to Harrisonn Lake for a post-St. Patrick's Day paddle on Sunday March 19. 
Meet at the put-in at 4pm. BYOB (kayaks or canoes only) Dress for (typical)  
March weather-bring water, snacks, PFD and all your paddling gear. Harrison 
Lake is easily reached from Route 5 East beyond the Benjamin Harrison Bridge. 
Turn left on Route 658 then after < 1 mile turn right into the Hatchery 
Entrance -at the end of the entrance road turn left onto the gravel drive and 
proceed < 1 mile to the put-in. 

Easy launch and 1 port-a-potty there if you need it. Hoping for early migrants, 
Osprey, Bald Eagle, Beaver and a great sunset. Please call if you plan to
