[va-richmond-general] Happy May 1

Heard my first summer tanager yesterday afternoon outside the house, although I 
couldn't spot him.  They usually show up here between May 1 and May 10, so 
hearing one on April 30 was a treat.  Two years ago there were no summer 
tanagers, and that was scary.  But there were at least two nesting pairs in the 
neighborhood last year.
