One Indigo Bunting has arrived at our feeders, our first Great-crested
Flycatcher is singing out front, a Blue-headed Vireo and a White-eyed
Vireo are singing down by the creek and THREE lovely male Rose-breasted
Grosbeaks are chowing down on sunflower seeds. And the Brown Thrasher is
learning to hover and eat peanut butter suet from the log!
We have 4 bluebird babies in one box and 5 bluebird eggs in another. We
removed 2 bumblebees burying in a chickadee nest and hope the chickadees
might return.
Ah, spring.
