[va-richmond-general] Great Birding sight

If anyone is interested, I have 90 acres of pristine mature hardwood timber 
along with 10 acres of natural, beaver-enhanced swampland for bird-watching. We 
have a colony of Herons that are currently nesting in the swamp. They have been 
here for years. This place has never been watched by professional birders, and 
I am confident that anyone who wishes to venture 80 miles south of Richmond 
will have a great time. I "have that feeling" that we may have some rare 
sights. I am offering to allow the place to any responsible individuals who
