[va-richmond-general] Glossy Ibis at Henricus

There was a Glossy Ibis at Henricus this morning. It was feeding in the wet 
area adjacent to where the road divides, towards the visitor center and the 
osprey nest.  I plan to check it out myself this afternoon.
