Wow.Without actually telling her she's nuts, maybe you could ask her if she has photographs? Does she really know the difference between species? When I worked for the DNR in Wisconsin we got a couple of these calls per year - one well meaning person was quite postive he had an adult Ivory bill and 2 little ones.
