[va-richmond-general] Re: Fw: River lovers- help save James River Park!

That building on Brown's Island is about halfway finished now.  It's
actually at the end of the island where the old power plant was.  They
demolished that building to erect this one.  The park area remains and has
been enhanced with more trees and walkways near the canal.  It's actually
not bad for inner city development.
