[va-richmond-general] First Chipping Sparrow in my neighborhood

On our afternoon walk around the neighborhood today, we saw several Chipping 
Sparrows - first of the season here, although Gerry Weinberger and I got our 
first of the year on the lower Eastern Shore February 13.
