[va-richmond-general] Falcon web camera is up

Peregrine falcon chicks are hatching on the James River Bridge!  Tune into
www.wvec.com/falconcam to see the action.  Two eggs have hatched and I think
there are 5 in the nest.

By the way, we are starting to see the falcons downtown again -- one at a
time, which means they probably have a clutch somewhere.  If anyone is able
to check under the I-95 bridge somehow, let us know.  You might be able to
view it from Mayo Island.
