Ooops!  My bad!  This is one of the pairs (like Carolina Wren and Cactus
Wren or Barred Owl and Barn Owl) that give you the same banding code if you
don't tinker with the rules a bit.  I looked up the scoter and didn't even
think to check the others.

Just a note that CEWA is a Cerulean Warbler! Cedar Waxwing is CEDW.
