Would anyone know the answer to this question or be able to suggest any birding 
opportunities in this area the last week of July?

My sister and her family are coming down from Philadelphia the last weekend 
of July.  My brother-in-law is a serious birder and wants to take full 
advantage of the area. He always goes to Turkey Isle. He wanted me to ask if 
the bear is still there? Also, are there some other interesting spots in the 
area? He has spent most of his vacation time caring for his ailing father 
this year and my sister wants him to take full advantage of any birding 
opportunities on this trip.
