[va-richmond-general] Eagles delisted

From one standpoint, the delisting is good news. But from another viewpoint,
that will open up development along the Chesapeake Bay... and that is not good
news. If people are no longer required to give breeding eagles some space
(one-half mile circle), then what will happen to the eagle population in
Virginia?
