[va-richmond-general] Dutch Gap-10 minutes on Saturday

Took a brief stop at overlook number one after the Dutch Gap Bridge dedication 
this morning and had a pair of Orchard Orioles, 2 Least Bittern and 6 Wood 
ducks. A large kettle of Black Vultures was circling and a Mockingbird was 
doing a great Phoebe call.
